I used their service in July when I came back from NYC.
It took a while (35 mins) for them to pick me up but I think it's acceptable.

Custom Transit

I took Custom Transit to DTW on a Thursday mid-day, and my trip was only 32 minutes door-to-door. The driver was friendly and helpful, and I think they just became my go-to shuttle. - Libby

I've generally had very good experiences with them, though the last time I used CT,one of the other two people in the van probably missed his flight because (a) he was already cutting it close with his schedule, (b) the driver was 25-30 minutes late for me (the first pickup), and (c) the driver felt a need to take a 5-10 minute cigarette break at each pickup even though he was running late. - Sean

Generally nice cars. You're the only passenger. They'll speed if you're running late. Expensive. I thought the price was closer to 50+tip each way, or that's the price of asking them to speed.... -David Lee
